
THE CHALLENGE: After gathering insightful feedback from our global users, we conducted thorough research and discovered several areas for improvement in our platform: it was too cluttered, text-heavy, and complicated, with inconsistent visual content and no preview options for files. Additionally, there was a strong demand for a more integrated and regular bi-weekly newsletter.
THE IDEA: To create and deploy a unified business hub, a central solution designed for worldwide markets that offers a streamlined, all-encompassing platform.
OBJECTIVE: Our goal is to thoroughly understand the user journey, create an aesthetically pleasing and innovative design, and enhance the overall user experience to boost conversion rates, and maintain Gulf as a dynamic and current resource for the latest global news.
Target demographic - Worldwide employees of Gulf Oil entities and licensees.
